Pakistan had also participated in Deaflympics-2009, this is first

time when a Pakistani team come down in international circuit.

Pakistan has participated in Bowling and Swimming event, deaf

bowling team reaches on 80th Position whereas single swimmer

reached only on single lap and lost his stamina. It makes lots of

shame for Pakistan.

Bowling team’s performance were too poor but it can improve in

future as Deaflympics bowling consultants found that they have

never participate in international level sports. But have strong

desire to be a part of international deaf community. In next few

years Deaflympics will move to Greece. Where Pakistani

delegation will have a strong squad and players so hope

for a medal is still alive.
